Please join us for drinks and a warm welcome to kick off our wedding weekend!

Sunday, August 31st

3:30pm : Shuttle Services
Shuttles will pick up in from of the Sheraton City Center Hotel bound for Laurel Hall. Please be in the lobby no later than 3:15 to ensure an on-time departure.
 
4:30pm : Ceremony
The ceremony will be held at Laurel Hall on the back lawn. Please follow the side walk around to the back of the building or find an usher to help direct you. 
 
5:00pm : Cocktail Hour
Get your party together for a complimentary professional photo. Then join us for live music, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres on the Terrace.
Join us for our First Dance as well as our Mother &amp; Son dances during this time as well.
 
6:30pm : Dinner Service
Enjoy dinner, dessert and speeches in the Ballroom. 
 
8:00pm : Party Time!
We hope that you join us on the dance floor in the Solarium!
 
10:00pm, 11:00pm : Shuttle Services
Take a shuttle at any of these times from Laurel Hall back to Sheraton City Centre Hotel.
(Don't forget to sign our guest book and take a gift before you leave!)

The parking garage at the hotel is currently under renovation. Valet is available upon request.

A part of Indiana’s historical landscape since 1916, Laurel Hall was built as the home to one of Indiana’s wealthiest families. Over time it has played host to an all-girls school, a high-end housing development and a non-partisan government think tank. Since being purchased by The Endowment Fund of Phi Kappa Psi in 2006 the manor has served as the headquarters for the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and the offices of the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation. With the combined history, beauty and character paired with modern conveniences the Foundation took the opportunity to open the building to rental to create a timeless backdrop for any special event. Sitting atop a hill on six acres, Laurel Hall is Indiana’s best kept secret.
